1. The promotion is valid unless otherwise stated by us.

2. The Sport Welcome Bonus is 100% of your first deposit bonus up to €2,000. The deposit and bonus can be used in sports but not in casino and live casino. If used, all winnings will be confiscated.

3. In order to be able to claim the bonus you must click on the ‘CLAIM’ button on the bonus banner you wish to select on the promotions page. After the first deposit you need to claim your bonus. If you place a bet without claiming your bonus, you will no longer be able to use the promotion.

4. The Non-Sticky Sports welcome bonus separates your deposit from the bonus money. The bonus money is only activated when you have spent your entire deposit. This bonus can be canceled at any time unless you have started using your first deposit.

Example: Deposit EUR 100 and Sultanbet credits you with EUR 100 in bonus money. You start wagering with your deposit money and when everything is spent the bonus money is unlocked.

5. The minimum deposit amount is €20 ($20; 20CHF ; £20 ; 100 PLN; 200 NOK).

6. The maximum bonus amount is €2,000 ($2,000; 2,000 CHF ; £2,000; 8,000 PLN; 20,000 NOK).

7. Customers must wager their deposit once and wager their bonus money seven times (7x) on any sport or market. The maximum amount you can wager before your bonus wagering is complete is the sum of the capital and the bonus.

8. Bonus Wagering: Coupon must have odds of 2,20 or higher. The Multibet Coupon must contain at least one selection with odds of 2.20 or higher and must be fulfilled within fourteen (14) days of your first deposit. Otherwise your balance will be reset to your initial deposit balance.

9. System bets, handicap, Asian handicap, double change bets on the same match and cashout bets are not valid to meet the wagering requirements.

10. Any winnings made before the bonus expires can be withdrawn by canceling the bonus, but the maximum withdrawable winnings are 2 times (2x) the initial deposit amount. If the winnings come from the first deposit, the maximum withdrawal amount is twice (2x) the first deposit.

11. The maximum withdrawable winnings from the Sports Welcome Bonus is ten times (10x) the bonus amount received. Any amount exceeding this requirement will be deducted from the customer’s balance.

12. Withdrawals of winnings made using bonus money before the wagering requirements have been met will result in the cancellation of your bonus.

13. Sultanbet has the right to exclude any individual or group of players from this promotion.

14. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or bonus.

15. If we have reason to believe that you have placed a bet or series of bets (either yourself or in conjunction with other customers) which results in a guaranteed win from the bonus (regardless of the outcome), we may cancel the Reclaim bonus, void stake (bets) and reclaim any winnings resulting from such wagers.

16. You can withdraw funds from your balance at any time, except where we need to withhold those funds in order to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations or where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in fraudulent activity.
