1. This promotion remains valid until otherwise specified.

2. The Non-Sticky Casino Welcome Bonus is 100% of your first deposit up to €500 or customer currency.

3. The deposit and bonus can be used in Casino, but cannot be used in Sports Betting. If used, all winnings will be seized.

4. To get the bonus, you need to click on the “GET IT” button on the promotion banner you want to select from the Promotions Page. After completing your first deposit, you must claim your bonus. If you place a bet without claiming your bonus, you will not be able to take advantage of the promotion.

5. The Non-Sticky Casino Welcome Bonus separates your deposit from the bonus money. The bonus money only activates when you spend all your deposit money. This bonus can be cancelled at any time unless you have started using your initial deposit.  

Example: Deposit 100 EUR and Sultanbet credits you with 100 EUR bonus money. You start playing with your deposit money and when it is all spent the bonus money will be unlocked.

6. The minimum deposit amount is €20 ($20; 20 CHF; £20; 100 PLN; 200 NOK)

7. The maximum bonus amount is €500 ($500; 500 CHF; £500; 2,000 PLN).

8. Customers must wager their deposit once and their bonus funds thirty times (35x) on any casino slot game.

9. The wagering requirements must be met within seven (7) days of your first deposit. Otherwise, your balance will return to your initial deposit balance.

10. Any winnings made prior to the bonus expiring can be withdrawn by cancelling the bonus but the maximum winnings that can be withdrawn will be 2x the initial deposit amount. If the winnings are made from the initial deposit, the maximum withdrawal amount will be two (2x) times the initial deposit.

11. Withdrawals of winnings made with bonus money prior to completing the wagering requirements will result in cancelling your bonus.

12. The maximum withdrawable winnings from the Casino Welcome bonus shall be ten times (10x) the received bonus amount. Any amount exceeding this requirement will be deducted from the customer’s balance.

13. Sultanbet has the right to restrict a single person or a group of players from this promotion.

14. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or bonus. 

15. Where we have reason to believe that you have placed a wager or series of wagers (either yourself or in conjunction with other customers) which results in a guaranteed profit from the bonus (irrespective of the outcome), we may reclaim the bonus, void the wager(s) and reclaim any winnings that resulted from such wager(s).

16. You may withdraw any funds in your balance at any time, except in the event that we are required to withhold such funds in order to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations or when we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have participated in any fraudulent activities.
